"What's a bloke who specialises in marketing ideas and innovation doing offering to run conferences?"

Well, the reality is that it's amazing how many conferences benefit from having someone like myself run some creative-thinking / Killer Innovation breakout workshops.

The fact is, there lies an amazing wealth of knowledge and ideas sitting right inside your business just dying to be given the opportunity to be heard. Where? Inside your staffs' / colleagues' heads, of course. These are the people who work on, in and for your business day in, day out. And sadly, they rarely, if ever get the opportunity to provide feedback and ideas on how to move the business forward.

This may be due to them being too busy, too shy, to scared, too lazy...But whatever the reason, my experience tells me that, given the right opportunity in the right environment they will be only too happy to share.

How often have you yourself sat there and had that thought..."Why don't we do it this way?"

The bottomline? When looking for great ways to get our business booming, first look inwards before looking outwards.

So, back to this idea of me making your next conference that much more interesting. Basically, besides offering professional facilitation services, I also combine very interesting, highly interactive, results-driven brainstorming sessions using the techniques outlined throughout this website...the outcome of which is more often than not, a long list of ideas aimed at solving issues identifed at our pre-conference briefing PLUS a whole bunch of motivated and inspired staff greatful to have been given the chance to float their (often long-held) ideas.

List all the parts of your offer that people find difficult. Now, generate as many ideas as you can in 10 minutes to address each of these blockages.

List 25 ways of exceeding your customers’ expectations.

Describe your brand in detail if it were exactly like you think it should be.
